Ingredients
4 cups organic raw oats
1 cup chopped or slithered almonds
1 cup sesame seeds
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup pepitas
1 tbsp cinnamon powder
½ cup spelt flour (or besan)
½ cup omega spread or sunflower oil 
½ cup agave, honey or maple syrup, or to taste
1 cup sultanas, sulphur-free
 
Method
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Combine the sweetener and omega spread or oil then using your hands, rub this mixture through the dry ingredients. Keep it a little chunky. Now spread the mixture on a baking tray and bake at 180°C until brown and crispy (approx. 20 min). Allow to cool. Mix through the sultanas and store in an airtight container.
